I recently began the detox and a Keto diet and I’m finding the Keto diet pretty awful. I am hungry and dizzy and have major brain fog almost ALL the time since starting the diet. I did make some “fat bombs” which help but the cookbook I have calls for so much dairy to get fats in and it’s been upsetting my stomach. I also should point out that my diet was quite good before I started Keto. I’ve already been gluten free for years and I would rarely eat processed foods or sugars, so I don’t believe my feelings are a “detox” symptom.
I am not trying to lose weight but I have been because I am finding it so difficult to know what to eat when I’m out. My work has an unpredictable schedule and I’m often working long days in the field. Two questions:
1) What should I be looking to eat when I’m out, assuming I don’t have many options?
2) What are some easy and fast (keyword easy and fast!) meals I can bring with me on jobs?
