Hi, I’m a newbie and wondered how much protein I should be taking in on a daily basis. I am searching for keto-friendly foods that will fit into my busy lifestyle, and most of what I’m seeing is either too sugary or a lot of protein (paleo). I know too much protein could cause problems, as well, so I’m being extra cautious.
